Use in the dough or as a focaccia topper, as well as to season breadsticks and mushroom stuffings. You can also blend it with a little olive oil to create a wet rub for chicken, fish, and seafood or shake it directly onto buttered or steamed vegetables (especially green beans and potatoes)!
